One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.
Originally built in 1979 and immaculately maintained, each of the 70 private condominiums are individually owned and decorated, with many recently upgraded to offer modern conveniences and styling without compromising the original architecture and feel. Nihi Kai also offers its guests a spectacular oceanfront heated pool, tennis courts, a paddleball court, and two conveniently located BBQ areas.
The Parrish Collection Kauai manages the majority of the available units as well as the front desk so you do not have to go far to schedule your perfect vacation activities. All our Nihi Kai units are described, photographed and rated for your inspection so you can pick the perfect island home for you and your family.

Some units are just 50 yards from the ocean with others terracing up the gentle sloping hill to the upper panoramic ocean view units 300 yards from the ocean.

Prices include up to 6 guests except 3 bedroom Oceanfront* units which charge $20 extra for guests 5 & 6. There is a 5 night minimum stay. We offer further discounts after 30 days.
